Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Minefall, a game by H&H for iOS and Android, uses, why, and what your rights are.

In short

• There is no account. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or location.
• Your game progress stays on your device.
• Watching ads is always optional. Ads are served by the ad partner described below.

Your saved game

Your progress (gold, levels, powers, chests, album) and settings are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us. Deleting the game deletes them.

Ads

Minefall may include rewarded ads: for example, you can choose to watch an ad to double a reward. Watching ads is never required. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may collect the following from your device to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud:

• advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA, only with your permission),
• device model, operating system, language and approximate location (from the IP address),
• your interactions with ads (impressions, taps, whether an ad was watched).

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland the game asks for your consent before showing personalised ads. On iPhone we ask for Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission; if you decline, ads are not personalised. You can change your choice later in the game's settings or your device's privacy settings. Purchases

If the game offers purchases, payment is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your card or payment details. The store only tells us that a purchase is valid, so it can be restored to your devices.

Updates

New versions of the game are delivered through the App Store and Google Play.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. The ad data described above is processed only by Google (AdMob); purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Their servers may be located outside your country.

How long we keep it

Your saved game stays on your device until you delete it. If you email us, we keep the conversation only as long as needed to resolve your request. Our ad partner's retention periods are set out in its own policy.

Children

Minefall is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child's information has been processed, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK) you have the right to access, correct or delete information about you and to object to its processing. Just write to us. You can reset or delete the advertising identifier in your device's privacy settings.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date on this page, and tell you in the game about any important change.
